Position: Sales Manager ( for Quick Service Restaurant )

Industry: Food Service

Salary range: 70,000 – 120,000 THB ( depend on past experience )

Responsibilities:

Build business in food service offerings Quick Service Restaurant chains
Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the QSR market that supports attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Develop business relationship with key account customers that can be leveraged to build brand equity and increase sales of food products
Reports on a regular basis for top management, concerning the performance of team and individual targets and results of all promotional and category programs
Maximize all sales resources to achieve sales profit, product distribution, visibility and people development objectives
Provide necessary coaching to develop sales team

Qualifications:

Male or Female, aged around 30 – 45 years old
Minimum 6 years’ experience in food business or other relevant business with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
Sales background in food industry with a track record of success in key account management and development
Direct experience selling to Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) will be an advantage
Good command of English conversation including presentation is also very important
Pleasant personality and ability to communicate with senior management
