Position: Warehouse Manager
Salary: 50,000 – 90,000 THB
Responsibility:
- Manage overall warehousing activities including receiving, issuing, stock taking , kitting and others
- Manage 3PL vendors in terms of distribution function
- Safeguard warehouse operations by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Maintain physical condition of warehouse
- Maintain warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Supervise over 20 warehouse staff members by coaching, counseling and disciplining them; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- Male only, aged 30 – 50 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Logistics or a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management
- Good command of English
- Knowledgeable in warehouse management system
- Be able to work independently with least supervision
- People management skill is required
- Able to station in Bangkok or its parameter
