Position: Key Account Manager ( Senior Level ) – Tesco Lotus Account
(Base Salary: 120K – 150K)
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with assigned retailers for space range, planogram, off location, customer discount, NPD, market share
- Ensure and develop the effective implementation of Sales Strategy and plan for the achievement of company’s sales target by lead, motivate and supervise the team to meet the objective of the group
- Review sales performance through the key customer and negotiate to get the best deal for most profitable of the company
- Manage the assigned key modern trade account actively contributing to the development of core business strategies which drive sustainable profitable growth, increasing sales capability.
- Establishment, and ongoing development, of strong relationships with modern trade channels and the optimization of the distribution of all new and existing products to manage promotion planning , budgeting management, new product and promotion selling and demand forecasting
- Maintain liaison with Marketing and Field Sales Management to ensure that sales activities are complementary to other sales and marketing activities
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree a degree – Business Administration or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG industry, preferable in key account management
- Good sales management track record with Account Management experience in handling HQ.
- Good command in English
- Independent, confident and results-driven with strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills and strong financial acumen.
- Strong analytical and communication skills and be able to look at issues from different perspectives and be a proven achiever, ideally from within the FMCG.
