Position: Accountant – Controlling & Fixed Asset
Location: Ladkrabang (Base Salary: 40K – 50K)
Responsibilities:
Fixed Asset Part:
- Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets.
- Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts.
- Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level accounting the general ledger.
- Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
Controlling Part:
- Assist in preparation of annual budget / business plan, forecasting as well as actual monthly financial performance reports.
- Assist in monitoring / controlling on cost of business to achieve target level under individual business unit.
- Analyzing financial and operational data covering for the areas of forecasting, budgeting.
- Facilitating and coordinating in Medium–term plan preparation and budgeting process.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in related field
- Being proactive and able to work under reasonable pressure
- Good command in English
