Position: Shop Manager/ Store Manager ( Luxury Brand )
Industry: Retail
Salary: Up to 120,000 THB
Shop manager is responsible for the day to day management of store and the effective supervision of around 20 subordinates in the store.
Responsibility:
- Responsible for the daily operations in the store
- Lead and handle sales matters
- Propose and implement promotions and special events
- Manage the store manpower planning
- Develop marketing strategies
- Maintain the budgets and expenditures
- Ensure a high standard of customer service within the store
- Counsel coaching, training and motivating the sales staff
- Provide sales support to the sales team
Qualifications:
- Male/ female
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Fashion or other relevant fields
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing the store for luxury brands
- Good command of English, especially for speaking
- Excellent leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong management , interpersonal and teambuilding skill
- Customer management skill
- Self confident and target – oriented person
