Position: IT Business Analyst
Industry: Finance & Leasing Business
Salary: 60,000 – 80,000 THB
Responsibility:
- Business requirement gathering and documentation for project and change requests.
- Distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Planning and managing releases including deployment to UAT, sanity testing, user testing, sign off, arranging of regression testing and release to production.
- Liaise with business users discussing business needs, projects, defining solution with developer and coordinating testing for current business challenges.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA Degree or in an IT related discipline
- Project Management Training (ITPM)
- Business Analyst Training
- Strong analytical and product management skills required
- A thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirement.
- Competent in Microsoft Office suite.
- SQL & high level database knowledge
- Automotive Finance Understanding preferable
- Outsourcing Vender Management
- Proven experience in problem solving and seeking proactive solutions to issues
